The blades are cracked or broken. This phenomenon often occurs in some large-scale power plants, and the most serious one even occurs in the impeller speeding accident;


Motor failure. Such as overcurrent, etc., the motor will be burned out in severe cases;


Blade wear. Mainly occurs on the induced draft fan.


The timing of electrical appliances is not well grasped or the electrical appliances are faulty, resulting in wear and tear of the induced draft fan. This is the most common failure of induced draft fans in coal-fired power plants.


Oil leaks at the gas station, and the oil pressure adjustment is unstable. It not only affects the regulation performance of the fan, but also threatens the safety of the fan;


Once the above phenomenon occurs, the axial flow fan of the cooling fan used must be shut down for inspection, and it cannot continue to start running, otherwise it will cause great damage to the fan. You can first check whether the flow fan has been in stall condition for a long time. When working at low speed, the amplitude of airflow pressure pulsation increases significantly, and the blade resonance is damaged; there is no problem with the mechanism of the fuselage itself, whether the starting design is reasonable; hidden dangers left during installation, such as unbalanced shafting or poor connection, cause the fan to vibrate Large, bearings, and couplings are easily damaged; if these reasons are not, then consider whether the selection of the fan is inappropriate.
